Extravagant Generosity

Generosity comes in many shapes and sizes, through our prayers, presence, gifts and service. While we all have areas that we excel in, some individuals have the ability to support the church through their gifts of generosity. If you are able to support the church monetarily, whether directly or indirectly, please consider these areas of ministry:

Food Pantry Ministry

Our Food Pantry mission is always looking for support through both gifts of food and monetary donations. We are always in need of cereal, canned fruit, peanut butter and jelly. These specific items are not available to us through the food bank, so we rely on your donations and support to provide these valuable essentials. If you choose to support through monetary donation, please put "Food Pantry" in the memo line of your check or on the giving envelope.

Community Dinner Outreach Ministry

Donations to keep our outreach dinners are always welcome. Please put "Community Dinners" in the memo line of your check or on the giving envelope.

Chancel Choir and Handbells Worship Ministry

Do you love the special music and cantatas that the choir provides weekly and during the holidays?
Sheet music and special programs are expensive. If you'd like to support this important part of our worship, please be sure to indicate "Chancel Choir or Handbells" in the memo line of your check or on the giving envelope.

General Fund

Many areas of the church fall under our "general fund" and are not a designated area of giving. If you appreciate what we have to offer on a regular basis and are not called to give to a specific area or project, please consider giving an additional or year-end gift (or increasing your tithe) to the General Fund.

Palmetto Village Thrift Store

Like the food pantry, our Thrift Store mission is always looking for support through gifts of your service (time), talents (merchandising, translation services, sorting donations, etc) and donations of gently used items. If you've got items begging for a new home, please remember our thrift store! Pick-up and delivery is available on request. If you're looking for something new, why not check out our shelves? You never know what gems you'll find ... some even have their original tags still in place! If you're interested in volunteering your time or talents, please contact coordinator Gail Moulton at 941-729-2842
